Our expertise is to provide outsourcing and other related services to different banks private or public banking institutions. Since our areas of coverage are scattered nationwide we can easily perform added services like consolidation of title and payment of taxes utilizing the services of our area supervisors.

Scope of Works

1. Secure computation of real property taxes, transfer taxes, capital gains tax (CGT), documentary stamp tax (DST) (if unpaid or with deficiency) and consolidation fees from government offices. This will be submitted to the BDO-EPCI, INC. for funding clearance and issuance of check payments.

2. Preparation of the appropriate Affidavit of Consolidation of Ownership and Secretary’s Certificate and notarization thereof after their execution by the authorized signatory.

3.Secure certified copies of titles and latest tax declaration of lot and improvement thereon (or certificate of no improvement, in the event that the foreclosed property is a vacant lot), necessary for the issuance of Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR).

4. Pay the real property taxes, transfer taxes, CGT, & DST, if applicable.

5. Secure clearances/certificates of payment and management certificates for condominium properties required in the consolidation process.

6. Secure/Cause the validation of Certificate Authorizing Registration from the revenue District Office concerned.

7. Pay the registration fee and secure new certificate/s of title and tax declaration/s in the name of the BDO-EPCI,INC.
